PRES IN VIS: Shops in Cardiff's Arcades are recovering after the lifting of restrictions. They reopened for customers to visit in person on the twelth of April after four months in the lockdown. Independent shops which didn't offer online shopping struggled to survive during the pandemic. Ghoncheh Habibiazad reports.
